云南省玉溪地区吸毒人群人类免疫缺陷病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、梅毒螺旋体感染状况及行为学调查

目的　调查云南省玉溪地区吸毒人员相关行为学及人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）、梅毒螺旋体感染状况。方法　对玉溪市戒毒所470名吸毒人员进行HIV、HCV、梅毒抗体检测，并对结果进行统计分析。结果　HIV感染率12.8%，HCV感染率81.9%，梅毒感染率3.2%。结论　共用注射针具是吸毒人员感染HIV、HCV的主要原因，不洁性行为是感染梅毒的主要原因。艾滋病中流行期地区吸毒人员HIV、HCV感染呈严重态势，应及早制定吸毒人群中丙型肝炎检测工作策略，加强防病知识宣传和行为干预，重视女性吸毒者宣传教育。

Investigation of HIV,HCV and syphilis infection and associated behaviors among drug addicts in Yuxi,Yunnan province
