| 摘 要： | 目的探讨参附注射液对心力衰竭患者心功能参数和血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响及其临床意义。方法 87例心力衰竭患者分成参附治疗组(46例)和对照组(41例)。对照组患者给予常规治疗,而参附治疗组患者则在常规救治的基础上加用参附注射液进行治疗。在治疗前和治疗一个疗程后检测两组患者的心功能参数和血浆BNP水平,进行比较和分析。结果在治疗前,两组患者的常用心功能参数和血浆BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);在治疗一个疗程后,参附治疗组患者的左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数和血浆BNP水平改善更为明显,与对照组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论参附注射液能有效地改善心力衰竭患者的心功能状况,减缓心脏的结构重塑。
