某集团公司采矿、选矿、冶炼主流程职工高脂血症调查分析

目的 掌握了解金川集团公司采矿、选矿、冶炼主流程单位在职职工高脂血症现患状况,有针对性地开展职工健康服务工作.方法 以整群抽样的方式,选取该公司采、选、冶主流程单位在职职工,在全面物理性体检的基础上,采血测试血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）,分析各流程单位高脂血症现患率、男女性别分布及年龄关系.结果 共查职工5 583人,高脂血症检出率35.3%,采、选、冶检出率分别为40.7%、34.1%、31.6%,检出率随年龄的增加呈递增趋势（P＜0.01,P＜0.01）.高脂血症粗检出率男性显著高于女性（P＜0.01）.结论 高脂血症的增加,主要是饮食结构和生活方式的改变造成的.预防高脂血症,重点是培养良好的生活习惯和健康的生活方式;加强体育锻炼,注意劳逸结合;提倡膳食平衡,改变饮食结构;保持乐观情绪,注重心理健康.

Survey on the Hyperlipidemia among the Staff of a Metal Corporation

Objective] To master the situation of hyperlipidemia among the staff of Jinchuan Metals Group and provide basis for the health service.Methods] 5538 workers in mining,ore concentrating,smelting and refining sections were randomly selected;TC,TG,HDL and LDL of them were measured;analysis was made on the morbidity of hyperlipidemia in different sections and the relationship between different genders and ages.Results] The detection rate of hyperlipidemia was 35.3%,that among mining,ore concentrating,smelting and refining sections were 40.7%,34.1%,31.6% respectively;the detection rate showed a increasing tendency with the age(P<0.01);the detection rate among males was significantly higher than that among the females(P<0.01).Conclusion] The increase of hyperlipidemia was mainly due to the improper diet structure and life style.Emphasis should put on cultivating good living habits and a healthy life style.
