北京市199名心理门诊从业人员状况调查

目的：了解北京市心理门诊从业人员一般状况。方法：应用自编调查表，对245名从业人员进行调查。结果：从业人员总体数量较少，高校人数居多。多数为大学或大学以上学历，月收入3000元以下。2／3感到工作忙碌，收入过低，对婚姻，人际关系和工作环境比较满意。多数感到缺乏培训，督导必要。结论：目前心理门诊从业人员受教育程度和专业背景较前提高，但普遍收入偏低，临床工作中迫切需要增加相关培训，规范收费体制。

199 Practitioners in Psychological Clinic in Beijing City

Objective: To understand the general condition of practitioners in psychological clinic in Beijing City.Methods: Investigate 245 practitioners by self-designed questionnaire.Results: The number of the practitioners is small,the majority of them and are in colleges.Most of them have bachelor or higher degrees and their average monthly income is less than $3000.Two thirds felt busy,and lower payment,but satisfied with their marriage,interpersonal relationship and working situation.Most of them felt lack of training and thought that supervising would be indispensable to them.Conclusion: By far,the practitioners' educational level and professional background have been better than before,but generally have low income.They are eager to get training in practice and to have regulaled payment regulations.
