关节镜下清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎

目的探索关节镜下清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床意义及效果。方法自1999年10月至2003年10月采用关节镜下清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎患者65例(84膝)。结果56例获得随访,时间5～53月。参照刘玉杰等的疗效评价方法,优26例,良16例,可8例,差6例。优良率达75%。结论关节镜下检查有利于膝骨性关节炎的早期诊治;关节镜下清理术可以有效缓解病人的痛苦,延缓膝骨性关节炎的病程;要明确术中的治疗重点,有针对性的进行镜下处理,避免因过多的操作而加重对关节的干扰,影响疗效。

Arthroscopic Debridement for the Treatment of Osteoarthristis of the Knee

Objective To investigate the clinical significance and outcomes of arthroscopic debridement for the treatment of osteoarthristis of the knee. Methods 65 cases(84 knees) of osteoarthritis of the knee were treated with arthroscopic debridement from Octorber 1999 to Octorber 2003. Results 56 patients were followed-up for 5-53 monthes. The surgical outcomes were evaluated with Liu yujie's methods. Of these 56 patients, 26 patients had excellent results, 16 good, 8 fair and 6 poor, and good ratio was 75%. Conclusion The arthroscopy might be auseful method for early diagnosis and treatment of kenn osteoarthristis. Arthroscopic debridement may efficiently remit patient's pain. Delay the course of osteoarthristis of the knee. Plays an important role in finging the operation importance, Pertinency operation, decreasing the knee disturbance and improving the outcomes.
