| 摘 要： | 本文报告１３例嗜肺军团菌肺炎。其中Ｌｐ１型６例；Ｌｐ６型６例；Ｌｐ１２型１例。Ｌｐ１２型国内尚未见文献报告。对临床表现，实验室检查，Ｘ线胸部征象，治疗和预后进行分析。并将部分资料与美国洛杉矶Ｗａｄｓｗｏｒｔｈ医疗中心统计资料分析对比，以探讨国人嗜肺军团菌肺炎临床特征。

| Abstract: | The 13 cases of legionella pneumophila pneumonia, including 6 cases of LP1,6 cases of LP6 and 1 case of LP12 are reported in this article. The LP12 have no reported in china. By the way of analysis and contrast in clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations chest radiograph, the treatment and prognosis with the statistical dada of wodsworth research center (Los Angelas, U.S.A.) were analysed, in order to reseach the clinical characteristics of our LP patients. |
