| 摘 要： | 转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)是具有广泛生物学活性的多肽生长因子,在胚胎发生、器官发育、组织修复以及机体免疫等过程中起着重要的调节作用,与许多疾病的发病密切相关,可以作为相关疾病治疗的靶点,因此阐明TGF-β与疾病的关系具有重要意义。本文就近年来TGF-β在肺纤维化、肺癌、肺结核等肺部疾病发生、发展中的作用简要综述。

| Abstract: | Transforming growth factor-β is a polypeptide growth factor with multiple regulating effects on the process of embryogenesis,organ development,tissue repairment and body immunity,which is closely linked with many diseases and could be considered as therapeutic target of correlated diseases,so it is important to study the relationship between transforming growth factor-βand diseases.This paper reviewed recent development about the effect of transforming growth factor-βin the pathogenesis of lung fibrosis,lung carcinoma,tuberculosis and asthma. |
