心脏非黏液性原发肿瘤的外科治疗(附22例报告)

目的 探讨心脏非黏液性原发肿瘤临床特点。以提高对本病的了解和手术疗效。方法 对我院1994年1月至2000年12月22例心脏非黏液性原发肿瘤的临床资料进行统计分析。结果 22例患者，良性14例，恶性8例。累及历心系统7例，左心系统9例，心外膜6例。病理以源于心肌间质和源于心肌的肿瘤多见（14/22）。随访20例，6例死亡，1例复发。结论 心脏非黏液性原发肿瘤和黏液性肿瘤相比，具有临床表现各异，病理类型多样，病变广泛和预后差等特点。手术应尽早进行，手术原则为尽可能切除肿瘤和保持心脏结构的完整性和功能。

Surgical treatment of the non-myxomatous cardiac tumors

Objective To explore the characteristics of the non myxomatous primary cardiac tumors Methods The 22 non myxomatous primary cardiac tumors patients who underwent surgery treatment from Jan 1994 to Dec 2000 at Fuwai Hospital were reviewed Results There were 14 benign tumors, and 8 malignant in total of 22 patients Seven tumors involved in right heart, 9 in left heart and 6 in epicardium Twenty patients were followed up, in whom 6 patients died and one had tumor recurring Conclusions Compared to the myxomatous neoplasms, non myxomatous primary cardiac tumors are extremely rare It has special clinical characteristic and poor prognosis, so the surgical treatment should be considered Principle of the operation is to resect tumors and keep the structure and function of heart well
