摘    要:
以成年雄性wistar大鼠为实验动物,用非暴露式气管内注入法染尘,染尘后1、3、6、12和18个月分批剖检动物,称量肺湿重、干重,测定肺胶原蛋白含量和病理学检查。大理石粉尘进入肺内后,尘粒呈充填状存在于肺泡内,对肺泡壁未产生明显损伤。很少进入肺间质。有的迭合在胸膜内或胸膜下肺泡腔内,形成肺表尘斑。未观察到结节形成和间质胶原化,亦未发生尘源性肺气肿。肺组织对大理石粉尘有一定的清除能力。实验表明大理石粉尘不引发大鼠肺纤维化改变。

Abstract:
The fiberogenic effect of marble dust on the rat lung was studied. Treated male wistar rats receiving dust intratracheally were killed at intervals of 1, 3, 6, 12 and 18 months after injection. Dry weignt, wet weight and collagen content of the rat lung were determined and histological examination was carried out. Injected dust stayed in the alveoli, and no significant injuries on the alveoli walls were observed, a few dust passed through the alveolus wall and reached the interstitial tissues of the lung. Neither nodule, interstitiial fibrosis, nor emphysema were observed. The rat lung had an elimination ability with respect to marble dust. There was no significant difference in the collagen content of the experimental and control groups. The resuits showed that marble dust did not induce fibrosis in the rat lung.
