| 摘 要： | 目的采用HPLC法测定克拉霉素微丸的溶出度。方法色谱柱：Water Sunfire C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈（600∶400）,检测波长210nm。结果克拉霉素在0.05-0.21mg·mL^-1范围内,线性关系较好,r=0.9999。结论方法简单,准确,可以作为克拉霉素微丸溶出度的检测方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method of HPLC to determine the dissolution of clarithromycin pelletas.METHODS The determination was performed on Waters C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）column with mobile phase of phosphate buffer-acetonitrile（60∶40）.The detection wavelength was 210nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.05～0.21mg·mL^-1,r=0.9999.CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate and could be used for the quality control of the dissolution of clarithromycin Pelletas. |
