22例糖尿病合并阳萎患者的交感皮肤反应研究

目的：探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病阳萎患者外阴交感皮肤反应（SSR）与肢体SSR和胫神经运动传导速度（MCV）的相关性，以评价其对糖尿病合并阳萎早期诊断防治及疗效的意义。方法：对22例糖尿病合并阳萎患者进行会阴与肢体SSR以及胫神经MCV检测，并以19例非阳萎糖尿病者和28例正常男性作对照。结果：糖尿病合并阳萎患者肢体和会阴SSR潜伏期较非阳萎糖尿病者和正常对照组明显延长，糖尿病合并阳萎患者肢体和会阴SSR波幅面积较非阳萎糖尿病得和正常对照组明显缩小，结论：糖尿病合并阳萎的患者SSR潜伏期延长，MCV减慢，SSR波幅亦明显缩小；肢体与会阴SSR的潜伏期均可反映糖尿病神经性阳萎患者的植物神经病变。因此检测肢体SSR对于防治糖尿病阳萎有重要的临床应用价值。

Stud of SSR in 22 patients with diabetes complicated with impotence

Objectives:To explore the correlation of perineum sympathetic skin response(SSR),limb SSR and tibial nerve motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)in patients with diabetes complicated with impotence so as to evaluate it's the significance in the diagnosis,prevention and treatment,and the therapeutic effect of diabetic patients with impotence.Methods:Pdrineum and limb SSR and tibial nerve MCV were determined in 22 diabetic patients with impotence and 19 ones without impotence,and 28 normal subjects were served as controls.Results:The latency of perineum and limb SSR in patents with impotence was prolonged significantly as compared with the ones without impotence and normal subjects.An area of wave amplitude in diabetic patients with impotence was reduced than that of noimpotent diabetics and controls orderly.Conclusions:The latency of SSR prolonged,MCV became slow and the area of SSR wave amplitude decreasced in patients complicated with impotence.Both the latency of limb and perineum SSR could reflect the vegetative nerve pathological changes.It might be of importent clinical application value in prevention and treatment of diabetics with impotence.
