注射毒品所致肢体假性动脉瘤的外科治疗

目的：探讨注射毒品致肢体假性动脉瘤形成的外科手术治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2008年12月收治的22例因注射毒品引起的肢体假性动脉瘤形成患者的临床资料,其中16例行了血管破口缝合术,端端吻合术4例,人工血管移植术2例。结果：所有病例及肢体均存活,临床症状消失,平均随访4.7个月,均无复发及远端肢体缺血表现。结论：注射毒品导致肢体假性动脉瘤和（或）合并感染破溃者均需早期手术治疗,针对不同情况,彻底清创、ePTFE人造血管（美国GORE公司）移植、端端吻合、血管破口缝合术都是有效方法。

Surgical treatment of extremities pseudoaneurysms by drug injection

Objective：To explore the surgical therapeutic experience in the treatment of limb pseudoaneurysms caused by drug injection.Methods：The clinical data of 22 cases of limb pseudoaneurysms caused by drug injection from January 2000 to December 2008 were analyzed.sixteen patients were treated by vascular repair,end to end anastomosis in 4 cases,artificial vessel grafting in 2 cases.Results：All patients survived and physically,clinical symptoms disappeared,In The mean follow-up period of 4.7 months,no recurrence and distal limb iscbemia occared after operation. Conclusions：They all needed early surgical treatment for limb pseudoaneurysms caused by drug injection with or without infection rupture. To different condition,The thorough debridement, ePTFE artificial vessel（USA GORE company）grating, end to end anastomosis, vascular repairing were an effective way.
