摘    要:目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者植入窗期子宫内膜胞饮突的表达变化。方法分别选择15例PCOS患者(PCOS组)和15例正常妇女(对照组),于排卵后第7天观察子宫内膜组织学形态、胞饮突形态及其发育情况,行子宫内膜活检,测活检当天的血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P);监测排卵当日的子宫内膜。结果PCOS组和对照组子宫内膜组织形态学、胞饮突的发育及丰富率相比,P均〈0.01;两组排卵日子宫内膜分型相比,P〈0.05;植入窗期PCOS组血清E2/P高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论PCOS患者植入窗期子宫内膜胞饮突表达下降,可能与E2/P失调有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe tile expression of pinopode during endometrial implantation window of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods In 15 patients with PCOS (PCOS group) and 15 normal women(control group), the endometrial morphology was detected, the appearance and development of endometrial pinopodes were observed on the 7th day of post ovulation. Endometrial thickness and pattern were assessed on the ovulating day, and serum estmdlol ( E2 ) and progestone(P) were measured on day of endometrial hiopsles. Results Compared with the control group, there were significant differences on endometrial morphology, the development and abundance of pinopodes( P 〈 0.0l ) , and ser- um Ez/P significantly higher( P 〈0.05 ) in PCOS group. Conclusion The expression of pinopodes in PCOS patients de- creases during the implantation window, the disorder of serum E2/P may play an important role.
