继发孔型房间隔缺损中老年患者的外科治疗

目的总结继发孔型房间隔缺损(房缺)中老年患者的手术治疗经验。方法26例继发孔型房缺患者，年龄40～68岁，肺动脉平均压52．5～105．5mmHg，合并部分肺静脉异位引流3例，三尖瓣关闭不全22例，二尖瓣关闭不全2例，二尖瓣狭窄1例．均行房缺修补术及合并症的矫治。结果26例患者痊愈出院，心功能均较术前改善。结论年龄不是房缺手术的禁忌证，积极的围术期处理、合并症的同期手术处理是手术预后的关键。

Surgical treatment for secundum atrial septal defect of middle-aged patients

Objective To conclude surgical treatment experience of secundum atrial septal defect(SASD) of middle-aged patients.Methods Twenty-six secundum atrial septal defect(SASD) of middle-aged patients whose ages were ranging from forty to sixty-eight were performed operation treatment and rectification for complication.Results All the 26 patients recovered and their cardiac function were improved in contrast with pre-operation.Conclusion Age is not the contraindication for SASD operation.Positive peri-operation disposal and simultaneous operation disposal for complication are the key factors after operation.
