Delta N p63蛋白在膀胱癌组织中的表达及意义

目的：探讨Delta N p63（△Np63）蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌（TCCB）中的表达及意义.方法：采用SP免疫组织化学法检测43例TCCB患者肿瘤组织、11例对照组膀胱组织△Np63蛋白的表达,并分析△Np63蛋白表达与TCCB临床分期、病理分级的关系.结果：43例TCCB组织中△Np63蛋白表达阳性率为100%（43/43）,对照组膀胱组织中△Np63蛋白表达的阳性率为18.2%（2/11）,TCCB组△Np63蛋白表达的阳性率明显高于正常组,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.不同临床分期肿瘤组织中△Np63蛋白表达的阳性率及强度,各组间△Np63蛋白表达的阳性率及表达强度差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.不同病理分级肿瘤组织中△Np63蛋白表达的阳性率及强度,各组间△Np63蛋白表达的阳性率及表达强度差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.结论：TC-CB组△Np63蛋白表达水平均明显高于正常组,提示△Np63与TCCB的发生密切相关,可能为TCCB发生的重要促进因素,△Np63蛋白表达水平与TCCB的临床分期、病理分级没有相关性,故△Np63在TCCB进展中的作用有待进一步研究.

Expression and clinical significance of delta N p63 protein in bladder transitional cell cancer

Objective: to explore the expression and clinical significance of delta N p63 protein in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder(TCCB).Method: The immunohistochemical staining assay was conducted to detect expression of delta N p63 protein in 43 cases of TCCB and 11 cases of normal bladder epithelium.The relationship between delta N p63 protein expression and pathological types,clinical stages of TCCB was analyzed.Results:The expression rates of delta N p63 protein in TCCB and normal bladder epithelium were 100%(43/43)and 18.2%(2/11)respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression rate of delta N p63 protein in different pathological types and clinical stages of TCCB,The differences between groups were no significant.Conclusion:There is high expression of delta N p63 protein in TCCB,delta N p63 is associated with tumorigenesis in TCCB,but is not associated with pathological types and clinical stages of TCCB.Further studies will be necessary to explore the function of delta N p63 in the progression of TCCB.
