| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药寒热药性与水溶性糖的相关性,进一步阐明中药四性与其物质基础的关系。方法:选取10种寒性中药和10种热性中药,提取水溶性糖,加入1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮进行衍生化反应,测定水溶性糖的HPLC指纹图谱,利用Fisher方法建立判别函数,分析实验结果。结果:建立寒热药性的Fisher判别函数,实现了对20种中药寒热药性的准确判别,判别正确率为100%。结论:中药寒热药性与水溶性糖存在明显的相关性,Fisher可以作为判别中药寒热药性与水溶性糖关系的统计学工具,水溶性糖是中药寒热药性的物质基础之一。 |
