| 摘 要： | 分析用微波治疗２００例宫颈糜烂，一次性治愈率为９４．５０％（１８９／２００）。总有效率达１００％。治疗后副反应包括：阴道排液增加，治疗面的出血（术后第１０～２１天间易发生）及感染。并对应用中的注意事宜、治疗病例的近晚期副反应的防治进行了讨论。研究结果表明，微波治疗宫颈糜烂具有一次性治愈率高、易操作等优点。

| Abstract: | Two hundred cases suffering from cervical erosion treated with microwave tissue coagulation are analyed. The results showed that 189 patients(94, 50%) were cured after one treatment with effecteve cure rate of 100%. Microwave treatment had the advantage of higher cure rate and it was easy to handle. Side effects of the treatment included vaginal discharges, cervical infection and cervical bleeding occurring on the terth-twenty-first day. A discussion is given on the use of this treatment. |
