| 摘 要： | 英语教材在大学英语教学中起着举足轻重的作用。本文从教材编写中的原则、需求分析和实用性角度,在分析了最近5年大学英语四、六级考试及硕士研究生入学考试英语作文题和学生、教师、社会的需求后,指出了川北医学院目前使用的《21世纪大学英语读写教程》编写的不足并提出了自己的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Teaching materials play a critical role in college English teaching and learning.This article,from the points of principles,guidelines,needs analysis and utility in teaching materials preparing,after analyzing the writings of recent five years in CET Band IV & Band VI,the English Tests for the Entrance Examination to Master Degree as well;and analyzing the needs of students,teachers and the society,points out the shortcomings in the compilation of writings in 21~(st) Century College English(Reading and Writing) and puts forward the author's own suggestions. |
