| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨锁骨骨折手术与非手术复位配合口服中药治疗的疗效。方法：对我院及兄弟医院骨科2004年-2009年收治的锁骨骨折患者75例的治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果：75例锁骨骨折患者全程随访；非手术治疗优良率81％，手术治疗的平均优良率75％；经治疗有13例出现各种并发症；非手术治疗并发症发生率17．33％，手术治疗的平均并发症发生率23．88％。结论：锁骨骨折以非手术治疗为主。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose： to discuss the curative effect of combinatorial treatment of clavicular fracture operation and nonoperative set with oral Chinese traditional medicines. Method： to retrospectively analyze these therapeutic methods of 75 clavicular fracture cases from our hospital and cooperative hospitals during 2004 - 2009. Result： follow -up survey of 75 clavicular fracture cases; 81% fine nonoperative cure rate and 75% fine operative cure rate; various complications occurred to 13 cases ; 17. 33% complication incidence rate for nonoperative treatment and 23. 88% for operative treatment. Conclusion： clavicular fractures were treated in nonoperative manner mainly. |
