| 摘 要： | 目的对骨科住院患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析评价,评估其用药合理性。方法提取医院骨科2008年9~11月手术患者病历267份,运用药物利用评价及药物频度分析法,对抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性统计分析与评价。结果267例手术患者全部使用了抗菌药物,使用居前的品种几乎全是头孢菌素类抗菌药物,用药频度较高的药品是头孢米诺、头孢美唑、头孢呋辛,日限定剂量(DDD)费用和药品总费用最高的品种为头孢孟多、氟氧头孢等;清洁手术、清洁-污染手术、污染手术平均使用抗菌药物天数分别为7、8、9 d;联合用药86%。结论骨科围手术期抗菌药物的使用存在不合理之处,应遵守用药指南,提高整体用药水平。
