121例变应性皮肤病患者血清过敏原及IgE检测分析

摘    要:
目的:了解临床上常见的变态反应性皮肤病的特异过敏原及血清总IgE水平变化。方法:采用酶免疫分析法对121例变态反应性皮肤病患才 清过敏原进行检测,同时检测了总IgE水平。结果:121例变态反应性疾病患者中吸入组过敏原以屋尘(69/121)为最高,其后依次是尘螨(45/121)多价霉菌(29/121)、花粉(20/121)和蒿属植物(13/121);食物组过敏原以牛羊肉(32/121)为最高,其后依次是蛋类(13/121)和牛发(11/121),血清IgE以荨麻疹、异位性皮炎,湿疹和药疹为最高,阳性率分别为70%、67%、53%和24%,结论:酶免疫分析法可以帮助临床合理寻找相应过敏原,帮助医师确认过敏体质,为变态反应性疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供依据。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the specific clinic allergen and total serum immunoglobulin E(IgE) levels in 121 patients with common allergic dermatosis.Methods Enzyme immunoassay method was used to detect the specific allergen and total serum IgE level.Results The dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(69/121) was the most common allergen in inhalation group in 121 patients with allergic dermatosis,dust mite(45/121) was the next,then was polyvalent fungus(29/121),pollen(20/121) and artemisia(13/121);while in food group,the most common allergen was beef and mutton(32/121),then was eggs(13/121) and milk(11/121).Total IgE level of patients with urticaria,atopic dermatitis,eczema and epispasis was the highest in turn,the positive rates were 70%,67%,53% and 24%,respectively.Conclusion Enzyme immunoassay method can help us to find relevant allergen and to confirm allergic constitution of patients,and provide foundation of the prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis.
