| 摘 要： | 本实验应用双波长薄层扫描法,同时测定了清开灵注射液中牛胆酸及猪去氧胆酸的含量,方法简便、快速、可靠。牛胆酸及猪去氧胆酸的回收率分别为100.45%,98.45%。

| Abstract: | Quantitative determination of taurocholic acid and hyodeoxycholic acid in qiog-kailing injection was made at the same time by TLC-densitometry. This methodis simple, quick and reliable. The average recovery of taurocholic acid and hyode-oxycholic acid are separately 100.45%, 98.45%. |
