| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术中皮层脑电图监测对伴发癫痫的脑肿瘤患者术后预后效果。方法回顾性分析64例伴有癫痫症状的脑肿瘤患者术后的癫痫控制情况,36例术中应用皮层脑电图监测,28例仅行肿瘤全切除术。64例患者中仅有1例未在显微镜下切除,该例患者在非术中脑电图监测组。效果评价应用Engle分级,结果应用SPSS15．0软件进行分析和Wilcoxon秩和检验。结果术中应用皮层脑电图监测组治疗与对照组的效果经统计学软件分析有统计学意义。结论术中皮层脑电图监测可以提高伴发癫痫脑肿瘤患者术后癫痫控制的有效率。
