肝素钠与中成药并用外治膝关节骨关节炎

目的 :观察中西药物并用外治膝关节骨关节炎的消肿止痛效果。方法 :用肝素钠制剂“美得喜乳膏”与中成药“骨质宁擦剂”并用外治与单用中成药对照观察 6 4例膝关节骨关节炎急性发作期患者 ,随机分两组 ,治疗 10d判定疗效。结果 :两组疗效优良率分别为 :治疗组 78.13% ,对照组 5 6 .2 5 % ,经统计学处理P <0 .0 5。结论 :肝素钠与活血类中成药并用外治有协同效应 ,消肿止痛效果好

External treatment for osteoarthritis of knee joint by the combination of sodium heparin and Chinese patent medicine

Objectives: To observe the effects o f detumescence and alleviation by combining the traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the external treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint.Metho ds: Compared the external treatment effect of the combination of the pre paration of sodium heparin Mei De Xi Cream and the Chinese patent medicine Gu Z hi Ning Lini ment with the single treatment effect of the Chinese patent medicine, 64 cases, who are in acute stages and divided into two groups at ramdom were observe d.The curative effects were decided after the treatme nt of ten days. Results: The excellent rate of the treated grou p is 78.12%;the rat e of the contrasted group is 56.25%.The result of the two groups was P<0.0 5 in the statistics settlement. Conclusions: The sodium heparin an d Chinese patent medicine invigorating blood circulation used in the e xternal treatment at the same time, not only has a cooperative effects,but also has an excellen t effect in detumescence and alleviation.
