摘    要:目的: 对硝西泮原料药中一种未知杂质进行结构确证.方法: 应用HPLC-MS/MS、核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR) 技术,对硝西泮原料药中一种未知杂质进行结构分析.结果: 首次发现并确定硝西泮未知杂质的结构.结论: 该方法可为硝西泮的质量控制提供依据.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the chemical structure of an unknown impurity in nitrazepam. Methods: HPLC-MS/MS and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR,13C-NMR) were adopted for determination of the chemical structure of an unknown impurity in nitrazepam. Results: The chemical structure of the unknown impurity was determined and identified.Conclusion: The established method can provide a complete solution for quality control of nitrazepam.
