反相高效相色谱法测定马沙拉嗪的含量

摘    要:目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定马沙拉嗪的含量。方法 采用Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水溶液(60:40),检测波长为210nm,进样体积20μL。结果马沙拉嗪在5~300μg·mL^-1,线性关系良好(r=o.9999)。结论 该法的专属性强,用于马沙拉嗪含量测定,准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to detenmine the content of mesalazine. Methods The sample was quantified by an RP-HPMC, which was equipped with a Hypersil C18 column (4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5μm). Methonal-H2O (60 : 40) was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1, 0 mL · min^-1 , and the wave length was 210 nm. Results The method showed a good linearity for mesalazine in the range of 5~300 μg · mL^-1 (r=0. 999 9). Conclusion The method showed spelificity with high precision. It is effective for determining the content of mesalazine.
