| 摘 要： | 目的分析宁波市北仑区城乡人群高血压影响因素的直接与间接作用,为高血压防治提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷调查6978名居民的高血压相关信息,并利用结构方程模型构建模型,通过评价修正来确定最佳模型。结果模型拟合较好,GFI为0.947,AGFI为0.941,NFI为0.976,CFI为0.968,RMSEA为0.025及其95%可信区间为0.016～0.039。高血压患病的主要影响因素是体型、高血压家族史、社会特征及不良生活行为。结论结构方程模型分析高血压影响因素收到较好的效果。 |
