| 摘 要： | 目的总结前路减压、植骨融合及z形钛钢板固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折伴截瘫的临床效果。方法对34例胸腰椎爆裂骨折伴截瘫采用前路减压植骨Z形钛钢板固定。结果随访7—45个月,平均17个月。均无Z形钛钢板松动及断裂。术后脊髓神经功能14例获2级改善,18例获1级改善,2例完全截瘫无改善。结论胸腰椎爆裂骨折伴截瘫采用前路减压植骨Z形钛钢板固定,重建脊柱稳定性,脊柱神经功能恢复好。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the outcome in treating thoraco-lumbar burst fractures with paralysis by anterior decompression,bone grafting and Z-PLATE-ATL internal fixation.Methods Thirty-four cases of thoraco-lumbar burst fracture operated upon by anterior decompression,bone grafting and Z-PLATE-ATL internal fixation.Results All cases were followed-up for 7-45 months.Among these paralysis cases,14 cases achieved level two recovery,18 level one and two cases was without recovery who suffered with complete paralysis.... |
