摘    要:目的观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的效果,以及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平的影响。方法选择我院86例ACI患者,随机分为治疗组(44例)和对照组(42例),治疗组静脉滴注灯盏细辛注射液30mL,1次/d,共14d;对照组静脉滴注丹参注射液30mL,1次/d,共14d。两组均给予肠溶阿司匹林、胞二磷胆碱等基础治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、后血清hs-CRP、FIB水平,治疗前、后定期评定患者,进行欧洲卒中评分(ESS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)测定,以治疗后第14日ESS、ADL增分率作为主要疗效判断标准。结果两组患者治疗前、后hs-CRP、FIB有显著性差异(P<0.01),且两组患者治疗后各指标间均有显著性差异(P<0.05);14d后,两组ESS增分率和ADL增分率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组无明显不良反应。结论灯盏细辛注射液短期干预治疗能降低ACI患者血清hs-CRP、FIB水平,并且对ACI患者安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of fleabane injection on acute brain infarction patient and its influence on the level of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(serum hs-CRP) and fibrinogen(FIB).Methods 86 ACI patients of our hospital were randomized into treatment group(44 cases) and control group(42 cases).Treatment group was given fleabane injection 30 mL/d for 14 d,and control group was given Danshen injection 30 mL/d for 14 d.Both groups were given basic treatment,such as aspirin and citicoline.Level of serum hs-CRP and FIB were observed,and the ESS and ADL were evaluated before and after therapy.Increase of ESS and ADL could be used as the major standard of therapeutic effect.Results There were significant difference in hs-CRP and FIB(P<0.01) both before and after therapy.There were significant differences between all the indicators after therapy(P<0.01).Treatment group had no side effect.Conclusion Fleabane injection can decrease the level of hs-CRP and FIB of ACI patients in short term,and it is safe and effective.
