117例百草枯中毒临床分析

目的分析百草枯中毒的临床急救方法。方法对该院收治的117例百草枯中毒患者采用洗胃、导泻、利尿、血液灌流、吸氧、利尿、预防感染等治疗。结果经过治疗,Cr、WBC、SaO2均显著低于治疗前,PaO2显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。其中死亡71例,死亡原因主要为多功能脏器衰竭和呼吸衰竭,其余患者均于1个月内出院,但均有不同程度肺功能损害。结论临床抢救百草枯中毒患者时应强调早期彻底反复洗胃、导泻、血液灌流的序贯应用、抗氧化、免疫抑制、纠正内环境紊乱、营养支持等全方位治疗。

Clinical analysis of 117 cases of paraquat poisoning

Objective Analysis paraquat poisoning clinical emergency.Methods In our hospital,117 cases of paraquat poisoning patients with gastric lavage,catharsis,diuresis,blood perfusion,oxygen,diuretic,prevention of infection and treatment.Results After treatment,Cr,WBC,SaO2 were significantly lower than before treatment,PaO2 was significantly higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).71 cases of death,rescue and survival rate was 39.3%(46/117),the cause of death for a multi-functional organ failure and respiratory failure,the remaining patients weredischarged in a month,but have varying degrees of impairment of lung function.Conclusion Clinical rescue in patients with paraquat poisoning should be emphasized that early repeated thorough gastric lavage,catharsis,the sequential application of hemoperfusion,antioxidant,immune suppression,to correct internal environment disorder,nutritional support a full range of treatment.
