| 摘 要： | CD56bright自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞是CD56表达水平较高的NK细胞亚群,以分泌细胞因子和免疫调节功能为主,具有抗肝纤维化的能力,提示这群细胞在减缓人免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)/丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)共感染肝损伤、提高病毒清除率方面具有重要作用。文中就CD56bright NK细胞在HIV、HCV单纯感染以及HIV/HCV共感染中的研究作一综述,以进一步了解该细胞亚群在HIV/HCV共感染中的作用,为揭示HIV/HCV共感染的免疫病理机制及可能的免疫治疗理论提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | CD56bright natural killer(NK) cells are a subset of NK cells with a high expression of CD56 molecules and the functions of cytokine secretion,immunoregulation and anti-liver fibrosis,which suggest that CD56bright NK cells possess the ability to alleviate liver impairment and accelerate virus clearance of HIV/HCV coinfection.This article focuses on the role of CD56bright NK cells in HIV/HCV coinfection in order to find out its immunopathologic mechanisms and provide some evidence for its immunotherapy. |
