| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨两种开放式无张力疝修补术的疗效比较情况。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析收治的腹股沟疝患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为治疗Ⅰ组(平片法)100例和治疗II组(充填法)100例。结果:治疗Ⅰ组的手术时间、疼痛持续时间、住院时间低于治疗Ⅱ组,治疗Ⅰ组并发症、复发率均低于治疗Ⅱ组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:平片法治疗腹股沟疝创伤相对较小,并发症和复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the curative effect comparison of two species patency tension-free inguinal herniorrhaphy.Method To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital,which were divided into the curing Ⅰ group(plain method,100 cases) and the curing Ⅱ group(filling method).Results The operation time,pain time,length of stay of the curing Ⅰ group were lower than the curing Ⅱ group,the complication,relapse rate of the curing Ⅰ group were lower than the curing Ⅱ group(P<0.05),the difference were statistical significant.Conclusion The micro-trauma,fewer complication and lower relapse rate of plain method treating inguinal hernia is worthy of widely clinical use. |
