I类切口抗菌药物应用调查分析

目的探讨I类手术切口预防应用抗菌药物在降低手术部位感染率中的作用。方法事先设计调查表，采用前瞻性方法对外科I类手术切口抗菌药物使用和医院感染率进行跟踪调查，每季度进行总结分析及反馈。结果423例I类切口使用抗菌药物219例，使用率51．77％。其中，93例合理选择抗菌药物患者中未发生手术部位感染。4～6月份不合理选药患者68例，发生手术部位感染4例，感染率5．88％；7～9月份不合理选药患者58例，发生手术部位感染1例，感染率1．72％。4～6月份104例未使用抗菌药物患者中，1例发生手术部位感染，感染率0．96％。结论预防应用抗菌药物不能降低手术部位感染发生率。

Investigation on antibiotic application in type I Incision

Objective To discuss the effects of preventive antibiotic application in type I incision on reducing the infection rates of surgical site. Methods A questionnaire was designed. The antibiotic ap- plication in type I incision and the infection rates of surgical site were analyzed with follow - up investiga- tion from Apr. to Sep. in 2012. The summary and analysis were carried quarterly. Results In 423 ca- ses of type I surgical incision, there were 219 cases who had used antibiotics, its usage rate was 51.77%. In 219 cases, 93 patients who used antibiotics reasonably didn＇t have surgical site infection, but d of 68 patients who chosed antibiotics unreasonably from Apr. to Jun. occured surgical sites infec- tion, the infection rate was 5.88% , 1 of 58 patients who chosed antibiotics unreasonably from July to Sep. occured surgical site infection, its infection rate was 1.72%. 1 of 104 patients who hadn＇ t chosen antibiotics from Apr. to Jun. occured surgical site infection, its infection rate was 0.96%. Conclusion Preventive use of antibiotics can＇ t reduce the rate of surgical sites infection.
