影响宫腔内人工授精妊娠率的相关因素分析

目的探讨宫腔内人工授精（IUI）妊娠率及相关的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2006年3月～2008年5月在我院不孕不育门诊行IUI治疗的不育夫妇132对,216个周期。从女方年龄,不育年限,精子质量,子宫内膜厚度,排卵药物的应用,授精频率方面进行分析。结果IUI妊娠率女方年龄≤35岁组明显高于〉35岁组,不育年限≤3年组明显高于〉3年组,精子质量正常组明显高于异常组,子宫内膜厚度8-12mm组明显高于其他厚度组,促排卵周期组明显高于自然周期组（P〈0.05）,授精1次和2次结果接近,无统计学意义。结论影响IUI妊娠率的相关因素为：女方年龄,不育年限,精子质量,子宫内膜厚度以及排卵药物的应用。

Analysis of the Relevant Factors Affecting the Pregnance Rate of Interauterine Insemination (IUI)

Objective This article is to discuss the relevant factors which affect the pregnance rate of IUI. Method The author has reviewed and analyzed the relevant information of the 132 infertile couples who received treatment at the infertility clinic of Nanyang Family Planning Administrative Centre from March,2006 to May,2008. And the treatment for these couples has lasted for 216 menstrual cycles altogether. The auther has analysed the relevant factors which may affect the pregnance rate of IUI, such as, the age of the woman,the time of the infertility, the quality of the sperm, the thickness of the endometrium, the use of the medicine which induces ovulation,and the frequency of insemination. Results （1）The pregnance rate of the women who are nomore than 35 years old is much higher than that of the women who are over 35.（2）The pregnance rate of the couples whose infertility time is less than 3 years is much higher than that of the couples whose infertility time is more than 3 years.（3）The pregnance rate of the men whose sperm quality is normal is much higher than that of the men whose sperm quality is abnormal. （4）The pregnancc rate of the women whose endometrium thickness is bcteween 8mm to 12mm is much higher than the women whose endometrium thickness is less than 8mm or more than 12mm.（5）The pregnance rate of the women who use the medicine to induce ovulation is much higher than that of the women who do not use such medicine. （6）The frequency of the insemination has slight influence on the pregnance rate and has no statistical difference. Conclusion The relevant factors that affect the pregnance rate of IUI mainly include the age of the woman, the time of the infertility, the quality of the sperm,the thickness of the endometrium, and the use of the medicine which induces ovulation.
