| 摘 要： | 目的探索PDCA循环管理法在护理质量控制中的应用。方法一是计划（PLAN），认真收集资料，严谨制定计划；二是实施（DO），认真落实计划措施；三是检查（CHECK），重视检查措施效果；四是处理（ACTION），根据检查结果肯定成绩、找出问题、制定下一轮计划。结果通过PDCA在护理质量中的有效应用，使质量监控规范有效。结论PDCA循环管理法应用于质量控制中是保证护理质量监控准确、高效适用的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Research on the application of the PDCA circle management method in nursing quality control. Methods Firstly it is plan, including earnest collecting information, precisely establishing plan; secondly, it is implement of DO, earnest carrying out plan measure; Thirdly, it is check, paying attention to check measure effect; Fourthly, it is action, based on check results to affirm achievement, find problem, constitute next plan. Results By using the effect application of PDCA in nursing quality, to make quality monitoring and controlling criterion and efficiency. Conclusion The application of the PDCA circle management method in nursing quality control is a good method to guarantee nursing quality monitoring and control efficiency and accuracy. |
