先天性小耳畸形患者出生节律研究

目的探讨先天性小耳畸形患者的出生节律,为临床咨询提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析613例先天性小耳畸形患者出生时间,对资料进行统计分析。结果先天性小耳畸形患者出生高峰出现在1月、3月和10月,其季节分布为春季〉冬季〉秋季〉夏季,男性患者出生高峰分布于10月、1月和12月,出生低峰分布于4月、5月、6月,其季节分布为冬季〉春季〉秋季〉夏季,女性患者出生高峰位于3月,季节分布为春季〉夏季=秋季〉冬季,不同性别出生月份分布差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论先天性小耳畸形患者出生时间存在一定的节律性,而且性别对出生时间分布存在一定的影响。

Analysis on birth times of microtia patients

Objective：To explore the temporal rhythm of microtia patients′ birth times and provide theoretical basis for the clinical consultation Methods：Analyze retrospectively the birth time and sexes of 613 microtia patients with Chi-Square technique.Results：The birth time peak of microtia patients occurs in January,March and October,during summer and winter.The birth time peak of males occurs in October,January and December,during winter and summer.The birth time peak of females occurs in March,during summer.There is statistic difference of birth peak times between the two genders（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is temporal rhythm of microtia patients′ birth times,and the birth time distribution is influenced by the genders of patients.
