| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声在阴囊疼痛疾患中的应用。方法：回顾性分析41例以阴囊疼痛为主诉就诊病例的二维及彩色多普勒超声检查结果，观察病变的形态、结构、内部回声及血流情况。结果：检出腹股沟斜疝嵌顿2例，附睾炎12例，睾丸炎7例，睾丸扭转3例，睾丸肿瘤2例，睾丸损伤5例，精索静脉曲张10例，并分析了各种疾病的主要声像图表现。结论：超声检查在诊断阴囊疼痛疾患中无创，方便快捷，有较高的敏感性及特异性，二维及彩色多普勒相结合在阴囊疾病中的诊断率较高，对诊断及鉴别诊断有很好的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective: To debate the application of 2D and color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of scrotum diseases.Methods: 41 patients with scrotum pain were examined by 2D and color doppler ultrasound.The sonographic appearance of morphological changes, the internal echoes and the blood perfusions were analysed. Results: Indirect inguinal hernia in two cases , epididymitis in 12 cases,testitis in seven cases,testicular torsion in three cases,testicular tumor in two cases,testicular damage in five cases and varicocele in 10 cases were found. Conclusion:The ultrasound is a non invasive,convenient, highly sensitive and specific method in diagnosing scrotum diseases.The differential diagnosis of scrotum diseases can be made by the combination of 2D and color doppler. |
