葛根素防治再灌注心律失常的临床观察

目的观察葛根素对急性心肌梗死(AMI)静脉溶栓治疗后再灌注心律失常的影响。方法将288例符合溶栓标准的AMI病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组加用葛根素300mg静脉滴注,每天1次。观察两组再灌注心律失常发生率的差异。结果治疗组144例,再通105例,再灌注心律失常发生率58·0%(61/105)。对照组144例,再通100例,再灌注心律失常发生率72·0%(72/100)。治疗组再灌注心律失常的发生率明显低于对照组(2=4·436,p=0·037<0·05)。结论葛根素对AMI溶栓后再灌注心律失常有明显的抑制作用。

OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF PUERARIN ON THE REPERFUSION ARRYTHMIAS

Objective To observe the effects of puerarin on reperfusion arrythmias in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after intravenous thrombolysis therapies. Methods 288 patients with AMI were randomly divided into two groups. The patients of control group (144 cases) received routine treatment. The observation group (144 cases) was added puerarin 300mg every day by intravenous drip. The rates of reperfusion arrythmias were compared after treatment. Results In the observation group, 105 cases were reperfusion among 144 cases. The rate of reperfusion arrythmias was 58.1%(61/105). In the control group, 100 cases were reperfusion among 144 cases. The rate of reperfusion arrythmias was 72%(72/100). The rate was remarkably lower in the observation group than the control group (~ 2 =4.436, p=0.037<0.01). Conclusion Puerarin has markedly inhibitory effects on reperfusion arrythmias in AMI after intravenous thrombolysis therapies.
