冠心病家族史阳性儿童血脂研究

目的 :为探讨有冠心病家族史少年儿童血脂临床意义。方法 :采用生化酶联免疫吸附法对 65例冠心病家族史阳性的少年儿童及62例正常对照儿童的血脂进行了检测。结果 :血清总胆固醇 (TC)、极低密度脂蛋白 (VLDL -ch)及载脂蛋白B(Apo -B)两组差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。Apo-A及Lp(a)两组差异亦显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,有统计学意义。而HDL -ch及LDL -ch两组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :对有冠心病家族史的儿童应早期检测血清脂类代谢 ,以早期实施干预措施 ,达到早期预防的目的

The study of blood-lipid of children with family history of coronary heart disease

Objective:To research the clinical value of blood-lipid of children with family history of coronary heart disease.Methods:The blood-lipid of 65 cases of children with family history of coronary heart disease and 62 cases of control group were detected by the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The serum total cholesterol(TC),very low density lipoprotein(VLDL-ch),and apolipoprotein B(Apo-B)of children with family history of coronary heart disease increased obviously compared with the control group,There was significant difference between two groups(P<0 01).There was significant difference between two groups of Apo-A and Lp(a)too(P<0 05).They all had statistical value.But there wasn't significant difference between two groups of HDL-ch and LDL-ch (P>0 05).Conclusions:We should detect the lipid metabolism of serum of children with family history of coronary heart disease early as soon as possible,so we can do some intervention methods in order to get the index of early prevention.
