异位妊娠评分表在异位妊娠保守治疗病例选择中的作用

目的探讨异位妊娠评分表在异位妊娠保守治疗病例选择中的作用。方法根据自愿、知情、严密观察的原则,采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤对100例异位妊娠患者进行了保守治疗。将血β-HCG值、盆腔积液、包块大小、腹痛情况等指标依其轻重分别予以量化,积其总分来分析研究异位妊娠的保守治疗情况。结果Logistic回归分析显示:随着评分分值的增加,异位妊娠保守治疗的成功率逐步下降,评3分及其以下者成功率高达80%;评5分及其以上者成功率低于50%。结论评分≤3分者,其保守成功率明显高于评分>3分者,≥5分者保守治疗价值差,评分7分以上者在临床上无保守治疗价值。

Objective It is to study the function of ectopic pregnancy score table on choosing conservative treatment cases of ectopic pregnancy. Methods According to the principle of willingness,awareness and careful observation,100 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were treated with Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate in a conservation way.The indexes of hem HCG,pelvic cavity dropsy,tumor's volume and bellyache were evaluated to get their total scores to analyze and study the results of the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that with the increase of the score, the success rate of conservative treatment decreased gradually.The success rate of those whose scores were under 3 reached 80%,and that of those whose scores were more than 5 was lower than 50%.Conclusion The success rate of those whose scores ≤3 is obviously higher than that of those whose >3.The value of the conservative treatment of those whose scores ≥5 is bad,and there is no value at all to those who scores are higher than 7 in clinic.
