| 摘 要： | 血管紧张素-（1—7）是肾素一血管紧张素系统家族中的新成员，近来研究提示其有降低血压、抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖和心肌细胞肥大、影响心脏神经电生理和抗血栓形成等作用，是血管紧张素Ⅱ的内源性拮抗剂。 |

| Abstract: | Angiotensin （ 1 - 7） is a new component of the renin - angiotensin system. Recent studies have demonstrated that angiotensin （1 -7） has antihypertensive and antithrombotie effects. Angiotensin （1 -7） not only inhibits vascular smooth muscle cells proliferation and myocardial cell hypertrophy but also has cardiac electrophysiologic effects. Angiotensin （ 1 - 7 ） is an endogenous antagonist of angiotensin Ⅱ. |
