超敏C反应蛋白与血脂检测对冠心病诊断的价值分析

目的：探讨超敏C反应蛋白与血脂检测在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法整群选取医院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的159例CHD患者和103例健康体检者进行进行hs-CRP和血脂检测并对比。结果健康体检组hs-CRP (1.62±0.53)mg/L、TC (4.34±0.91)mmol/L、TG (0.93±0.22)mmol/L、LDL-C (2.59±0.3)mmol/L明显低于CHD各组(P<0.05)；HDL-C(1.51±0.13)mmol/L明显高于CHD各组(P<0.05)。 CHD各组比较,AMI 组hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显升高,HDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP和血脂检测对CHD的诊断和发展具有重要意义。

Effect Analysis of High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and Blood Fat Detec-tion in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the effect of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood fat detection in diagnosis of coro-nary heart disease. Methods 159 cases of CHD patients and 103 cases of healthy examined people admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were given hs-CRP and blood fat detection and compared. Results The hs-CRP, TC, TG and LDL-C were respectively (1.62±0.53) mg/L,(4.34±0.91) mmol/L,(0.93±0.22) mmol/L and(2.59±0.3) mmol/L in the healthy examined group, which were obviously lower than those in the CHD group(P<0.05);the HDL-C in the healthy examined group was(1.51±0.13) mmol/L, which was obviously higher than that in the CHD group(P<0.05). Compared with those in the CHD group, the hs-CRP, TC, TG, LDL-C levels obviously increased in the AMI group, but the HDL-C level obviously decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Hs-CRP and blood fat detection were of important significance to the diagnosis and development of CHD.
