摘 要: | 目的:探讨磁共振成像在出血性脑梗死患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取2014年6月-2015年6月期间来该院进行诊治的出血性脑梗死患者120例作为研究对象,120例患者均采取Siemens Impact1.5TMR成像仪对其病灶进行定位、定性诊断,同时对患者的出血性梗死进行分型,对比分析各个类型出血型脑梗死患者应用磁共振成像的临床诊断准确率。结果120例患者经磁共振成像分析,58例患者脑外周出血型,占比48%;14例患者为混合型,占比12%;48例患者为脑深部血肿型,占比40%。脑深部血肿型、不规则出血型、脑外周出血型及混合型血性脑梗死患者的磁共振成像诊断准确率分别为100%、86%、90%和86%,各类型之间的临床诊断准确率相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05﹚。结论磁共振成像技术对出血性脑梗死的早期诊断具有诊断准确率高,适用性广,可显著降低出血性脑梗死误诊率与漏诊率的临床优势,应用价值较高。

Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in the clinical diagnosis of hemor-rhagic infarction. Methods 120 cases of patients with hemorrhagic infarction treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research object and their lesions were given the located and qualitative diagnosis by Siemens Im-pact1.5TMR formatter, at the same time, the hemorrhagic infarct of the patients was classified, the clinical diagnostic accu-racy rate of patients with hemorrhagic infarction of each type was compared and analyzed. Results The magnetic resonance imaging analyzed that of the 120 cases of patients, 58 cases belonged to the peripheral cerebral hemorrhage type, account-ing for 48%, 14 cases belonged to the mixed type, accounting for 12%, 48 cases belonged to the deep brain hematoma type, accounting for 40%, the diagnostic accuracy rate of magnetic resonance imaging of patients with deep brain hematoma type, irregular bleeding type, peripheral cerebral hemorrhage type and mixed type were respectively 100%, 86%, 90% and 86%, the clinical diagnostic accuracy rate of each type is about the same, and the difference was not statistically significant by comparison (P>0.05﹚. Conclusion The magnetic resonance imaging has a high diagnostic accuracy rate in the early diagno-sis of hemorrhagic infarction and the applicability is extensive, and it can obviously decrease the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of hemorrhagic infarction with high application value. |
