腹腔镜胃癌根治术在治疗进展期胃癌100例的临床效果分析

目的：研究分析腹腔镜胃癌根治术在治疗100例进展期胃癌患者中的临床效果。方法随机选择该院收治的进展期胃癌患者100例作为研究对象,收治时间在2012年8月-2015年8月期间,使用数字抽签法将这100例患者分成实验组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规开腹胃癌根治术进行治疗,实验组给予腹腔镜胃癌根治术进行治疗,对比两组患者的手术时间、住院时长、术后并发症发生率。结果实验组患者的手术时间与住院时长分别为(278.2±43.5﹚min和(8.63±2.01﹚ d,对照组患者的手术时间和住院时长分别为(196.3±40.5﹚ min和(10.72±2.23﹚ d,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚；对照组与实验组患者的并发症发生率分别为18.0%和4.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论运用腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌患者,能有效降低患者的住院时长,减轻患者的病症痛苦,值得临床推广。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy in the Treatment of 100 Cases with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the treatment of 100 cases with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 100 cases with advanced gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2015 were selected as the subjects and divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each in accordance with the digital drawing method. Patients in the control group received the conventional open gastrectomy for treatment, while those in the experimental group received laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for treatment. And the duration of procedure, length of hospital stay, incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The duration of procedure was (278.2±43.5) min in the experimental group, and (196.3±40.5) min in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The length of hospital stay was (8.63 ±2.01) d in the experimental group, and (10.72±2.23)d in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 4.0% in the experimental group, and 18.0% in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with advanced gastric cancer, laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can effectively shorten the length of stay and alleviate the suffering, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
