结石通胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系感染的疗效探讨

目的：探讨分析结石通胶囊联合左氧氟沙星对于泌尿系感染的治疗效果。方法随机选取该院泌尿外科2014年5月—2015年5月间收入院治疗的200例泌尿系感染患者,并随机分为二组。对照组给予使用左氧氟沙星进行治疗,治疗组患者在使用左氧氟沙星的同时增加使用结石通胶囊,比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗有效率92.0%,对照组治疗有效率77.0%,二组治疗有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)：治疗组患者尿频、尿急及尿痛平均消失时间为(1.6±0.7)d,对照组为(2.2±0.8)d,二者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结石通胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系感染效果明显优于仅使用左氧氟沙星,值得临床上广泛使用。

Observation on Curative Effect of Jieshitong Capsules and Levofloxacin in Treatment of Urinary System Infection

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of Jieshitong capsules and levofloxacin in treatment of urinary sys-tem infection. Methods 200 cases of patients with urinary system infection admitted and treated in the department of uri-nary surgery of our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with levofloxacin, the treatment group were treated with Jieshitong capsules and levofloxacin, and the treatment ef-fects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The difference in the treatment effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance, (92.0% vs 77.0%), P<0.05, the difference in the average disappearance time of frequent micturition, urgent urination and odynuria between the treatment group and the control group had statistical significance by comparison [(1.6±0.7) d vs (2.2±0.8) d]. Conclusion The effect of Jieshitong capsules and levofloxacin in treatment of urinary system infection is obviously better than that of simple levofloxacin, which is worth great application in clinic.
