腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗小肠梗阻的临床效果比较

目的：比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗小肠梗阻的临床效果。方法将整群选取的该院2013年12月-2015年8月收治的87例小肠梗阻患者分为两组，治疗组44例选择腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组43例选择传统开腹手术治疗，比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗组术中出血量[(50.91±10.81) mL]、手术时间[(53.27±7.68) min]、肠蠕动恢复时间[(14.77±3.10)h]、住院时间[(4.14±0.22) d]少于对照组[(93.85±10.76) mL、(89.10±7.71) min、(38.96±2.85) h、(8.18±1.36) d]，其总有效率(97.73%)高于对照组(72.09%)，术后并发症发生率(4.55%)低于对照组(27.91%)，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论腹腔镜手术治疗小肠梗阻的临床效果优于开腹手术。

Comparison of the Clinical Effect Between Laparoscopic Operation and Open Operation in the Treatment of Small Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To compare the clinical effect between laparoscopic operation and open operation in the treatment of small intestinal obstruction. Methods 87 cases with small intestinal obstruction admitted in our hospital from December 2013 to August 2015 were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. 44 cases in the treatment group were treated by laparoscopic operation, and 43 cases in the control group were treated by traditional open operation. And the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group had less intraoperative blood loss [(50.91±10.81) mL vs (93.85±10.76) mL], shorter duration of procedure [(53.27±7.68) min vs (89.10±7.71)min], shorter time of recovery time for bowel movement [(14.77±3.10)h vs (38.96±2.85)h] and shorter length of stay [(4.14 ±0.22) d vs (8.18 ±1.36)d], higher overall response rate (97.73% vs 72.09%), lower incidence of postoperative complications (4.55% vs 27.91%) with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of small intestinal obstruction is better than that of open operation.
