3DMax补片与普通补片在腹腔镜疝修补术对比研究

目的：比较LIHR使用巴德3DMax补片免钉合与普通平片治疗腹股沟疝临床效果。方法方便选取并分析2013年6月—2015年6月郑州颐和医院普外二科使用补片行50例LIHR患者的资料。比较两种术式的手术时间﹑住院时间﹑术后并发症发生率﹑住院费用差异。结果观察组手术时间﹑住院时间﹑住院费用﹑并发症例数分别是(94.32±18.31) min﹑(5.62±1.2)d﹑(9234.81±2074.13)元，显著低于对照(P<0.01)，差异有统计学意义。观察组并发症率11%，较对照组23%更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用3DMax补片免除固定补片，缩短手术操作时间﹑住院时间短﹑术后疼痛少﹑费用低。

Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair

Objective To compare clinical effect of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair use of with bard 3DMax free stapling and the ordinary plain film fixed in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods Convenient selection summarize clinical data of 50 patients have been implemented LIHR ,from June 2013 to June 2015,zhengzhou yihe hospi-tal. The operating time, time of hospital stay, incidence rate of postoperative and hospital complications costs were compared of these two groups.Results The operation time, hospital stay, hospitalization expenses and complications of the observation group were (94.32±18.31)min﹑(5.62±1.2)d﹑(9 234.81±2 074.13) respectively, which was significantly lower than that of the control (P< 0.01). The complication rate of observation group was 11%, lower than that of control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The application of 3DMAX mesh without fixation in laparoscopictotally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair is simple and feasibl with less complication and low rate of recurrenc, To shorten the operation time, shorter hospitalization time, less postoperative pain and low cost.
