| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨一氧化氮(NO)在门静脉高压症(PHT)食管曲张静脉形成过程中的作用。方法:应用比色法对20例PHT患者食管下段黏膜NO进行检测。结果:PHT患者食管下段黏膜NO生成量及NO合成酶(NOS)活性高于对照组(P<0.001),NO生成量与白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)比值均呈负相关关系。结论:NO可能与食管曲张静脉形成过程有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to determine the relationship between nitric oxide(NO)in the mucosa of distal esophagus and esophageal varices.Methods:No was measured in 20 portal hypertensive patients with esophageal varices by the method of spectrophotometry.Results:NO and the active of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)was significantly higher in portal hypertensive patients than in the control(P<0.001).The amount of NO was negatively relative to the albumin or the ratio of albumin and globin respectively.Conclusion:The high level of NO in the mucosa of distal esophagus in cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension may be a possible mechanism of the formation of esophageal varices. |
