2462例农民工乙型肝炎感染情况调查与分析

目的了解农民工乙型肝炎感染情况,探索特殊人群乙型肝炎的传播与流行的防治策略。方法对本地区2462例农民工健康体检中乙型肝炎五项的检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果农民工乙型肝炎感染率较高,高达11.66%,超过我国平均感染率;但获取保护性抗体抗-HBs的人群比例也较高,高达74.05%。结论本地农民工乙型肝炎感染率较高,通过加强卫生宣传、体检监测、预防接种、提高机体免疫力能过有效控制乙型肝炎的传播与流行。

The Investigation and Analysis about Migrant Workers Infected by Hepatitis B Virus among 2462 Cases

Objective To understand the case of the migrant workers infected by hepatitis B virus and to explore a series of strategy about preventing and controlling the spread and popularity of hepatitis B.Methods The results were analyzed retrospectively which were the healthy check-up of hepatitis B five examination for 2462 migrant workers in this area.Results The hepatitis B virus infection rate of migrant workers was as much as 11.66%.It was more than the average infection rates in China.But the protective antibody fight-HBs proportion of the population was as much as 74.05%.Conclusions The hepatitis B virus infection rate of migrant workers is higher than average infection rates in China.Taking the strengthening health promotion,and medical monitoring,vaccination,and improvement of immunity can effectively control the spread and popularity of hepatitis B.
