注射用盐酸米诺环素治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染236例疗效分析

目的研究探讨盐酸米诺环素治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染患者的临床疗效。方法对236例入选患者均给予盐酸米诺环素微丸型胶囊,每日口服2次,每次100mg,10d为1个疗程,疗程结束后1周和4周复查。结果盐酸米诺环素治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染的总有效率80.93%,其中解脲脲原体感染的有效率87.23%,人型支原体感染的有效率74.23%,二者混合感染的有效率65.52%。不良反应主要是轻度头晕、嗜睡、全身乏力、恶心、腹痛等消化道症状患者均可耐受,停止用药后症状消失。结论盐酸米诺环素治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染疗效显著,减少了耐药性,不良反应少,起效迅速、用药方便值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Minocycline Hydrochloride for Injection Treatment of Mycoplasma about 236 Cases of Infection

Objective To investigate the minocycline treatment of mycoplasma infection in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods 236 patients enrolled patients were given pellets of minocycline hydrochloride capsules,2 times a day orally,each 100mg,10d as a course of treatment after 1 week and 4 weeks of review.Results Minocycline treatment of mycoplasma infection 80.93% total efficiency,including Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in the efficiency of 87.23%,Mycoplasma hominis infection in the efficiency of 74.23%,efficiency of mixed infection between 65.52%.The main side effects were mild dizziness,drowsiness,malaise,nausea,abdominal pain could be tolerated in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,the symptoms disappeared after stopping the treatment.Conclusion Minocycline treatment of mycoplasma infection in a significant effect,reducing resistance,adverse reactions,rapid onset,medication should facilitate clinical application.
